&nbsp; Horizon is a user-friendly and visually engaging travel app designed to improve how people plan and experience travel. Users can effortlessly discover popular destinations, find top-rated hotels, and explore exciting activities, all while enjoying a seamless booking experience for flights and accommodations. Whether planning a weekend getaway or a long-term adventure, Horizon simplifies every step, making travel more accessible and enjoyable.

The user research phase for Horizon focused on understanding the needs, preferences, and challenges faced by travelers. I took interviews of 5 people as well as conducted a survey through Google forms with a diverse group of people to gain insights into their traveling experiences and pain points.&nbsp;

Research revealed that most people book travel plans by themselves or through a travel agency. They struggle with&nbsp;complex booking processes and finding reliable information about destinations. They want easy access and recommendations of&nbsp;popular places, hotels, and activities, and a streamlined booking experience. They also wanted a features that provide customer reviews and photos, helping users make informed decisions.

Based on these insights, the design of Horizon was tailored to address these specific needs, ensuring a user-centered approach that enhances the overall travel experience.

Responsive website for a furniture shop

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is a subsidiary of Indian Railways, responsible for managing online ticketing, catering, and tourism services. This allows passengers to easily reserve tickets from any location. Beyond ticketing, IRCTC also manages catering services on trains and at railway stations, offers packaged drinking water and provides various tourism packages.

While the IRCTC app offers significant convenience for booking railway tickets and accessing related services, it also faces several challenges that impact the overall user experience. Some of them are :

To revamp the app, a basic structure of it was needed. After trying different structures this was the one I thought was more friendly. The more priority screens were kept in the navigation bar such as home, account and booking.

After tdeciding the basic structure of the app, I moved forward to making the screens for it.

Revamping IRCTC app's interface

In today’s fast-paced world, where everyone is increasingly immersed in technology and their own routines, older generations often feel alienated from these advancements. To help them access quality healthcare services and improve their quality of life from the comfort of their homes, I have written this case study on ConvenientCare. This app is designed to simplify healthcare services with an intuitive, simple, and easy-to-use interface. ConvenientCare focuses on serving people with disabilities, older generations, and care givers, ensuring that everyone can receive the care they need effortlessly.

The convenientCare project focuses on providing quick commerce for home healthcare services, targeting aging adults and individuals with disabilities. The aim is to simplify home sample collection, provide easy lab access, ensure prompt test results and facilitate fast delivery of paper reports.

Aged adults and people with disabilities face challenges while accessing healthcare services due to mobility issues. They want a place from where they can schedule home tests from nearby trusted labs and get their reports.

Through in-depth research and analysis of our target audience, I have crafted a detailed user persona to understand and cater to the needs of our users.

For the ConvenientCare app, I have developed a user flow to organize the journey of accessing home healthcare services
